GB Duathlete Kathy Stringer becomes the first official female athlete to represent the mental toughness fitness brand, Rokman.

The runner/cyclist, who represented Britain at the 2019 ITU World Championships, taking home the bronze medal and who set to represent again in 2020, has partnered with the brand, which offers strategies in mental toughness for endurance sport and fitness.

Rokman Founder, Terry Rosoman said: “Rokman believes that mental toughness forms the bedrock to an individual’s ability to reach their full potential. Kathy's dogged determination and displays of unwavering mental strength over the years makes her the perfect ambassador of this philosophy.

”We are excited to have Kathy as our brand partner and look forward to inspiring and educating people on the impact mental toughness has on physical performance and overall wellbeing.

2019 🎉 . What a year 😄 . It's been a year of firsts. First time on a TT bike, first time competing in a time trial race, first time competing for my country, first time competing abroad, first time experiencing bronchitis 😅...It's been a big learning curve! 📈 But heading into 2020, I'm ready to keep building on what I've learnt, search for challenges and more 'firsts', and make it my best year yet 👊 . Happy New Year Everyone! 🎉 . . . . #2019 #yearinreview #bestnine2019 #happynewyear #cycling #cycle #cyclelife #bike #bicycle #bikelife #bikephotos #bikeride #riding #sport #duathlon #duathlete #training #fitness #fitnessinspiration #inspiration #workout #workoutlife #outdoors #lifestyle
