We are proud to announce our very first follow-along video training series, Tactical Strength: Bodyweight.

Over the last few months, we’ve been working hard with YouTube challenge athlete and qualified personal trainer, Max Glover, to bring you a programme that helps you to build a strong, functional and aesthetically well-rounded physique for increased performance in sport-specific activities, running, obstacle races or Rokman Challenges.

Because this is an online Bodyweight program, you can follow along on any device, anywhere, anytime, with next to no equipment.

Now it would be a Rokman programme if we didn’t sling in a challenge or four. So, each week you’ll have a brutal training challenge to complete, offering a great chance to benchmark your performance as you progress through the 4-week cycles of the programme.
