double Distance Challenge

Lvl 1

Lvl 2

Lvl 3

Lvl 4

The goal of this challenge is to start with a short distance and double it each day for up to six days. You have a total of seven days to fit in these six days of running, walking, or crawling.

On Day 1, you'll begin by covering a distance of just 1 km. On Day 2, you will double this distance to 2 km. Day 3 will see you doubling again to 4 km, and this pattern continues: 8 km on Day 4, 16 km on Day 5, and finally 32 km on Day 6.

If you find it difficult to complete the entire distance in one go, don't worry! You can split the distance into smaller parts throughout the day. This means you can take breaks and accumulate the required distance in multiple activities.

It's important to listen to your body and only go as far as your fitness level allows. If you can't reach Day 6, that's okay—just do your best and be proud of your progress. Remember, you have seven days to complete these six days of distance doubling, so plan your activities accordingly.
