A progressive endurance running challenge. The test requires participants to run quarter mile (400m) shuttles between two points, beating the starting target time above. However, after each split, the time limit per shuttle is lessened by 5 seconds. The test continues until the runner fails to run the distance at the required time.
Starting Split Times:
Advanced: 2m 10s
Intermediate: 2m 30s
Moderate: 2m 50s
Novice: 3m 10s
You must run shuttles between two points
Once your fitness tracker says you've hit the required distance, turn around straight away and begin the next shuttle.
Utilise the 'Lap' feature on your fitness tracker
In order to effectively measure your shuttle time between the two points, hit the 'lap' button on your fitness tracker or stop watch at the end of each shuttle.

It is highly recommended that you complete the challenge within 7-days of its issue, however, we will accept submissions right up until 7-days after the end of the series. We will not accept submissions after this time.
This is a brutal physical challenge for which you are responsible for your own health and safety. It is imperative that you read through, understand and follow our health and safety guidelines before you embark on your challenge attempt.
