Carla is a world record-breaking ultra runner, adventurer and running coach.

Carla has been involved in athletics since a young age but it wasn't until she hit 34 that her years of hard work and dedication started to get the attention and notoriety they deserved when she was selected to represent her country, Great Britain. Since then she has gone on to break records left right and centre, famously breaking the Ladies Land's End to John O'Groats world record in 2020, setting a new best time of 12 days 30 minutes and 14 seconds.

Carla discusses her love for seeing what her body and mind are capable of and why giving up is never an option.
