Ben Gallagher is a military veteran, athlete and explorer. Back in 2019, Ben was involved in a near-death incident that changed his life forever. Whilst on active duty, he was shot numerous times and received blast/fragmentation injuries to his upper torso and both arms.

Ben has overcome many challenges since the incident, including battling severe PTSD. In this Podcast, Ben joins Rokman Founder, Terry, to discuss how he used physical challenges as a mechanism to get back on track and be able to live life again.
