He has worked in every aspect of Strength and Conditioning from rugby to wrestling to wheelchair basketball, and countless sports in between; at national and international levels of competition. As an environmental physiologist, he has prepared numerous global adventurers to undertake unimaginable challenges, from climbing Everest to rowing the Atlantic.

"Dr Col" joins Rokman Founder, Terry, to discuss health, wellness, fitness and nutrition, and explain why the meaning of life is not found in the comfort and safety of your home but in the midst of suffering through physical pursuit.
