Terry is joined by the ultra-endurance athlete and multiple world record holder, Sean Conway. For Sean, life has been a tale of two halves. Up until the age of 30, Sean worked 9-5 as a school portrait photographer, then after selling his business for £1, he began to pursue a life of adventure and testing his physical and psychological limits to the max.
Since giving up photography, Sean has been the first person to swim, cycle and run the length of Great Britain and then proceeded to go the furthest in the world’s longest triathlon, a 4200-mile journey around the coast of Britain.
Terry and Sean discuss what it takes to undertake these incredible feats of human endurance and how everyone has the potential to take on challenges of epic proportions.
