Daily Distance Challenge
We ease nicely into the Relentless Series with a daily distance challenge where challengers must, in a single workout, run or walk the minimum distance in relation to their level of entry on as many days as possible throughout the next 7-days. Full points for achieving the full 7-days. But here's the twist! Bonus points are awarded for each workout started before 6am! As they say, the early bird catches the worm ;)
Submit each individual workout separately
You must submit each individual workout to the submission form separately.
2.5% Treadmill gradient
It is preferred that you attempt this challenge outside, however, if you are unable to do so and must use a treadmill, the gradient of the treadmill must be set at 2.5%.
