The challenge requires participants to run Km shuttles between two points beating the starting target time below However, after each km, the time limit per shuttle is lessened by 10 seconds. The test continues until the runner fails to run the km at the required time.

Set your fitness tracker to Km in order to submit results in the correct format
If submitting your result to the Facebook group, be sure to screenshot your splits for evidence.
Utilise the lap button on your fitness tracker to easily time each shuttle.
Plan your route before hand
Use a route planner to plot your route before you set off. Try and select the flattest route possible with as little disturbances as possible, like road crossings.
This is a brutal physical challenge for which you are responsible for your own health and safety. It is imperative that you read through, understand and follow our health and safety guidelines before you embark on your challenge attempt.
