Inspired by the Israeli Defence Forces training exercises where recruits are tasked with covering long distances, interspersed with tactical exercises to test endurance and multitasking under fatigue. Challengers are required to cover a distance of 400m, then perform 10 push-ups within the 6 minute time limit. Then, without rest, begin the next round adding 100m to the distance. Continue until you can no longer complete the increasing distance and push-ups within the 6 minute target.
