The Tactical Sprint is inspired byĀ UK militaryĀ pre-training fitness tests, consisting of a 1.5-mile best-effort run. Although there is clearly a fitness standard required, this test is as much a challenge of mental toughness and endurance as it is physical. Are you able to push your limits to their maximum capacity for the required time?
