The Grind is inspired byĀ the first of five marches that Special Forces recruits must complete in the fourth week of selection, known as Test Week.

To many, thisĀ will be the longest run you will have ever completed, therefore, this challenge should not be taken lightly. Prepare well, stay safe and grind it out!
