The Long Drag is inspired by the longest and final endurance march of Special Forces selection during Test Week. Over the course of the week,Ā you mustĀ cover, in total, the setĀ distance target specific to yourĀ level of entry.

The Long Drag is by far the toughest challenge of the series due to the fact it's spread out over the final 7-days.

To spiceĀ up the challenge series and the fight to top the leaderboard, we have introduced Elevation Bonus Points. Not only will you score points for covering the set distance but you can also earn yourself extra points for every 100ft of elevation climbed over the week.

It's time to knuckle down, dig deep and grind it out to complete the series.Ā
