3km for time
Evidence:
e.g. Strava, Garmin, Map My Run, etc...
Day one of the Spetsnaz selection process usually starts with a medium distance 3km run in relatively comfortable conditions. Pass time for Spetsnaz recruits is 12 minutes, however, the Spetsnaz Alpha Unit pass time is 10 minutes 30 seconds. How will you compare?
You must start and finish in roughly the same location
As this is a timed challenge, to stop people just running down a hill to get the best time possible, you are required to end your attempt roughly in the same location in which you started. You can achieve this my either running out half way and then turning back on yourself, or, running a single looped route, or, running multiple loops of a smaller route.
If you have purchased a Challenge Pack, you are eligible to submit your challenge evidence for review, verification and scoring. You may only submit your evidence once. All evidence is final.
