Submit: Each separate workout
Advanced: 40-miles (64.3km)
Intermediate: 30-miles (48.2km)
Moderate: 20-miles (32.1km)
Novice: 10-miles (16.0km)
Accumulate the set distance
Accumulate the number of miles specific to your level of entry throughout the week in as many workouts as necessary.

Unfortunately, we do not yet have the technology to allow you to directly upload your evidence, so in order for you to submit your evidence we require you to submit a weblink to such evidence. There are a number of ways to get a weblink to your evidence, you can either:
