Conduct a pyramid circuit of push-ups,Ā sit-upsĀ and burpees (in that order) starting at 20 reps. After each round of exercises, drop the number of reps by one, until you reach zero.Ā 

Requirements

  1. Evidence:Ā  šŸ“¹Ā Video Recording (How to record your attempt)
  2. Push-Up: At the bottom of the push-up, your chest must be at least fist height from the floor and your arms bent at approximately 90 degrees. In order for us to validate this in the video recording, we require you to place a rolled-up pair of thick socksĀ on the floor and ensure your chest meets the socks on each repetition.
  3. Sit-Up: For the sit-up, lie on your back with your knees slightly bent. Keep the soles of your feet flat on the floor and lightly touch your temples with your hands. Your hands must never leave your temples. Lift up your torso until your elbows touch your knees. Return to your starting position.
  4. Burpee: On the down of the burpee, your chest must meet the ground. On the jump, the feet must leave the floor at least 3-inches. At the top of the jump, you must clap your hands above your head.
