Perform 5 jump squats and 10 push-ups every minute on the minute (EMOM) for as long as possible. Record the time at which you stop or fail to hit the minute marker.

Requirements

  1. Evidence:Ā  šŸ“¹Ā Video Recording (How to record your attempt)
  2. Jump Squat: You must break 90 degrees on the squat and leave the floor by 3-inches on the jump.
  3. Push-Up:Ā Lower your body until your chest is fist height from the floor. In order for us to validate this in the video recording, we require you to place a rolled-up pair of thick socksĀ on the floor and ensure your chest meets the socks on each repetition.
