Run 5km (3.1 miles) for time.


You must run in a loop, finishing your run in the same location in which you started.

    Challenge Description

    Greasy-fast speed is what we need! What better way to do it than with "chicken chasing"? Chasing chickens was a genuine way and a common practice for training boxers to develop speed in the 19th century.

    Ok, so we don't expect you to actually chase a literal chicken, but we do want you push the pace and chase the target “chicken’s” time.

    For some this will be an opportunity to go for a PB, for others, this may be the furthest you’ve ever run. Either way, it’s a great chance to test cardiovascular fitness and build your mental fortitude.
