Drawing inspiration from the world's toughest fitness tests, our challenges propel you to push boundaries from the comfort of your own location and schedule.
Regular distance challenges and races don't cut the mustard anymore. You have a desire for variety and novel challenges that will test your limits even further.
The repetitiveness and lack of inspiration in current training routines is resulting in boredom, making the pursuit of fitness feel tedious and purposeless.
You don't have the time or patience to wait months for a race day event to come around. You need a kick up the arse now!
You don't want the hassle traveling to a far-away race day event, plus the huge expense of entering.
I'm Terry, Rokman Founder and challenge-enthusiast from Penarth, South Wales. Witnessing countless individuals succumb to the pressures of modern life, lacking direction and purpose, I felt compelled to create Rokman. It's not just about fitness; it's about igniting a fire within, challenging the status quo, and redefining what's possible.
Flashback to 2013, I hit rock bottom health-wise. Years of sloth-like living, boozing, puffing away, and indulging in greasy takeouts left me a mess: unfit, hefty, and downright miserable. I turned to fitness challenges to jolt myself into action. Experiencing their transformative power on my physical and mental health firsthand, I knew I had message worth sharing.
However, as I delved deeper into the challenge world, I noticed a glaring gap. People were drowning in their daily commitments, lacking both time and motivation to pursue their fitness goals. Traditional race events felt all felt a bit samey, uninspiring and inconvenient, burdened with hefty entry fees, restrictive dates and travel hurdles. Online challenges, on the other hand, were limited to distance accumulators and lacked the essence of true grit and determination I wanted to see. It was clear: something had to change.

Compete to cover a mile in record time and earn points based on your speed. Want more points? Opt for a rematch, but this time you'll only score if you beat your own previous time.
Attempts can be taken on separately at different days and times throughout the week.

If you're familiar with the Bring Sally Up challenge, you know the drill. But for those who aren't, it involves playing Moby's song "Flower" with the repetitive lyrics "Bring Sally up, bring Sally down, lift and squat, gotta tear the ground." Your task is to up on one rep every time the song says "bring Sally up", and back down on "bring Sally down".
Challengers are required to perform the challenge for both push-ups and squats. Depending on your level of fitness you can chose the alternative movement of kneeling push-ups.

How does it work?
How does it work?
How long do we have to complete each challenge?
We recommend that you complete each challenge within 7-days from the date of issue. However, we understand that life can often get in the way, so that’s why accept submissions up until 7-days after the end of the series.
What is someone cheats?
We do our very best to weed out any cheating by asking people to evidence their challenge attempts. However, due to the nature of this being an online challenge series, it’s not 100% fool proof. We have to take everyone’s submissions at face-value. If we can confidently identify people either cheating or doing the challenge incorrectly, we will notify the competitor privately via email. At the end of the day, the leaderboard is just a bit of competitive fun. These challenges are personal tests of resilience. If people decide to cheat, they’re only cheating themselves. If you concentrate on yourself and give your best honest performance then you can hold your head high at the end of the day.
Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we unable to offer refunds on challenge series entry, however, we do offer transfers. If you’re unable to take part in this challenge series, let us know and we can transfer you on to an alternative series.
Can I use a treadmill?
All running challenges are designed to undertaken outside, however, if you are unable to go outside we will accept treadmill entries. If participating on a treadmill, the treadmill must be set at a 2.5 degree angle.
