Depending on the challenge at hand, you will be required to record your attempt via fitness tracker or video.
1. Be uncut, unedited and recorded in real-time. Strictly no time-lapse.
2. Clearly show the participant meeting the challenge's set requirements.
3. Display the whole challenge in its entirety from start to finish.
For distance and elevation challenges, we accept links or links to screenshots of activities recorded on fitness trackers. Below are two recommended fitness tracking apps:

To help build the Rokman community and inspire others, we would kindly ask you to share your challenge attempt evidence to our Team Rokman Facebook group.
Once you have completed the challenge and recorded your attempt, you must submit links to the evidence via our submission form for verification and scoring.
