This June, tackle 4 running and fitness challenges across 4 weeks, each decided by fate. At the start of each week, each challenge will be created randomly by the spin of a wheel, testing your ability to deal with uncertainty and things out of your control to help test and build your mental resilience. From short speed runs to 24-hour endurance slogs, this series is sure to keep you outside of your comfort zone enabling you to forge unbreakable resilience.

Possible Challenges

Weeks 1 - 3

Time Challenge

Cover the maximum distance possible in the selected time.

Possible outcomes:

  • 6 minutes

  • 9 minutes

  • 12 minutes
  • 15 minutes

Distance CHALLENGE

Achieve a set distance in the fastest time possible.

Possible outcomes:

  • 1.5-miles

  • 5km

  • 10km

Elevation Challenge

Achieve the set amount of elevation gain over the course of a week with bonus points awarded for the least number of workouts used to achieve the target.

  • Advanced: 3,000ft

  • Intermediate: 2,250ft

  • Moderate: 1,750ft

  • Novice: 1,500ft

Strength Challenge

Perform the set strength circuit in the fastest time possible. 

Exercise variations available depending on level of fitness from Novice to Advanced.

Possible outcomes:

  • Burpee Burner

    100 burpees for time

  • Cindy

    As many rounds as possible

  • 5 Round Thriller

    5 Rounds for time

  • Ladder Attack

    Ladder circuit for time

Week 4

24-Hour Challenge

The series culminates with the ultimate test of endurance. Run or walk the decided distance at each set interval time for 24-hours. Be sure to check you have availability to take on this challenge in advance before signing up.

Possible outcomes:

Run every 4-Hours

  • Advanced: 4-Miles

  • Intermediate: 3-Miles

  • Moderate: 2-Miles

  • Novice: 1-Mile

Run every 3-Hours

  • Advanced: 3-Miles

  • Intermediate: 2.25-Miles

  • Moderate: 2-Miles

  • Novice: 0.75-Mile

Run every 2-Hours

  • Advanced: 2-Miles

  • Intermediate: 1.5-Miles

  • Moderate: 1-Miles

  • Novice: 0.5-Mile

Run every 1-Hour

  • Advanced: 1-Miles

  • Intermediate: 0.75-Miles

  • Moderate: 0.5-Miles

  • Novice: 0.25-Mile

Do I need to be mega fit?

No. Rokman challenge series offer a variety of different levels of entry to suit all fitness levels, from novice all the way up to advanced.

How does it work?

How long do we have to complete each challenge?

We recommend that you complete each challenge within 7-days from the date of issue. However, we understand that life can often get in the way, so that’s why accept submissions up until 7-days after the end of the series.

What is someone cheats?

We do our very best to weed out any cheating by asking people to evidence their challenge attempts. However, due to the nature of this being an online challenge series, it’s not 100% fool proof.We have to take everyone’s submissions at face-value. If we can confidently identify people either cheating or doing the challenge incorrectly, we will notify the competitor privately via email.At the end of the day, the leaderboard is just a bit of competitive fun. These challenges are personal tests of resilience. If people decide to cheat, they’re only cheating themselves. If you concentrate on yourself and give your best honest performance then you can hold your head high at the end of the day.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we unable to offer refunds on challenge series entry, however, we do offer transfers. If you’re unable to take part in this challenge series, let us know and we can transfer you on to an alternative series.

Can I use a treadmill?

All running challenges are designed to undertaken outside, however, if you are unable to go outside we will accept treadmill entries. If participating on a treadmill, the treadmill must be set at a 2.5 degree angle.
