It’s time to strap on the pain—literally. 8km under load. This is not a Sunday stroll with a croissant and a tiny dog. This is a full-body assault where your shoulders, traps, and soul will all quietly file for divorce halfway through. Move fast, move grimly, and for god’s sake, don’t start thinking.
