We open fire on the series with a good old-fashioned soul-slapper: 2.4km. Flat out. No pacing. No excuses. Just lungs full of regret and the taste of last night’s poor life choices. This is your benchmark. A high-speed gut check to see where you’re really at when it’s just you, the road, and that little voice in your head.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it (and honestly, what else were you planning to do—knit?), is simple: full-body demolition via bodyweight. That’s 100 push-ups, 300 sit-ups, and 25 pull-ups. For time. But if you’re not quite ready for the full send, there’s a half-dose of hell available—50 push-ups, 150 sit-ups, 12 pull-ups.


You can split the reps however you like. Go full hero mode and blast through straight sets, or break it down into something more manageable—like 10 rounds of 10 push-ups, 30 sit-ups, and a couple of pull-ups. Doesn’t matter how you slice it, it’ll still hurt.


Not quite up to full reps yet? No problem. This challenge meets you where you’re at—then politely drags you further. Kneeling push-ups, band-supported pull-ups, pike presses, or supported sit-ups are all fair game. The only rule? You push your limits, not your excuses.


This is pure, no-frills grunt work. Abs on fire. Arms like boiled spaghetti. Pride intact (just).

It’s time to strap on the pain—literally. 8km under load. 20kg on your back. This is not a Sunday stroll with a croissant and a tiny dog. This is a full-body assault where your shoulders, traps, and soul will all quietly file for divorce halfway through. Move fast, move grimly, and for god’s sake, don’t start thinking.

We close the series with a symmetrical monstrosity: 2km run in, pyramid of pain, 2km run out. Pull-ups, burpees, sit-ups, squat jumps, push-ups—then back up the ladder again. It’s a workout shaped like a guillotine, and you’re the aristocrat. 


Not quite ready for full-range carnage? You’ve got options. Kneeling push-ups instead of full reps, standing burpees if you’re not jumping today, air squats if the jumps are a no-go. This is about effort, not ego. You scale it to your level—as long as you bring the graft.

Absolutely. Each challenge has been designed that you can seamlessly fit them in and around your current training and your existing life commitments.

Do I have to be on the leaderboards?

No, not at all. Leaderboards are opt-in, so if you'd rather tackle the challenges in private, you can.

How long do we have to complete each challenge?

We recommend that you complete each challenge within 7-days from the date of issue. However, we understand that life can often get in the way, so that’s why accept submissions up until 7-days after the end of the monthly series.

What is someone cheats?

We do our very best to weed out any cheating by asking people to evidence their challenge attempts. However, due to the nature of this being an online challenge series, it’s not 100% fool proof.We have to take everyone’s submissions at face-value. If we can confidently identify people either cheating or doing the challenge incorrectly, we will notify the competitor privately via email.At the end of the day, the leaderboard is just a bit of competitive fun. These challenges are personal tests of resilience. If people decide to cheat, they’re only cheating themselves. If you concentrate on yourself and give your best honest performance then you can hold your head high at the end of the day.

Can I use a treadmill?

All running challenges are designed to undertaken outside, however, if you are unable to go outside we will accept treadmill entries. If participating on a treadmill, the treadmill must be set at a 2.5 degree angle.
