Accumulate the set elevation gain to your level of entry across 7-days.
Advanced: 3,000ft
Intermediate: 2,500ft
Moderate: 2,000ft
Novice: 1,500ft

You may take as many separate workouts as you want across the week to achieve the set elevation gain.

Submit each individual workout
You must upload each individual run to the submission form. If you opted in to the leaderboard, a tally of your total elevation gain will be kept to help you monitor your progress.
Don't live near hills?
If you are not located in an elevation rich location, then we advise finding the biggest hill you can and running repeats up that hill. We know that may sound boring but this is a challenge designed to test your physical and mental resilience after all.
If you have purchased a Challenge Pack, you are eligible to submit your challenge evidence for review, verification and scoring. You may only submit your evidence once. All evidence is final.
