Hi, I'm Terry Rosoman, challenge enthusiast and Rokman Founder. Having experienced firsthand the transformative power of embracing physical challenges in my fitness journey, I came to recognise the profound impact it had on my mental well-being.


These challenges offer more than just physical exertion; they provide a sense of purpose and direction, pushing us to explore and expand our boundaries while fortifying our resilience to navigate life's daily stresses.


Observing the growing struggle among those around me to find time and motivation for training, and witnessing the toll it took on their mental health, I felt compelled to create Rokman. It's a platform designed to eliminate the barriers typically associated with race day events, igniting a passion for self-improvement among its members, regardless of their schedule or ability level.

We've got two awesome challenges lined up for you, inspired by the Delta Force pre-selection fitness tests. The UBRR (Upper Body Round Robin) is inspired by the Delta Force series of strength tests of the same name. For part one, take on several individual strength tests (with alternative movement variations offered depending on your level of fitness) at any point throughout the week. For the second part, challengers must perform 4 separate short distance dashes for time with up to 5 minutes rest in between attempts.

Welcome to Week Three of our fitness challenge! This week, we're taking inspiration from the Delta Forces 5-mile test. Your goal is to cover a distance of 5 miles as quickly as you can, and you have the option to do it with or without adding weight. Whether you choose to walk or run, the key is to go as fast as you can. Let's push ourselves and aim for our personal best!

Are you ready for the ultimate test of endurance? In Delta Force's physical testing, you'll be taking on a 40-mile (64 km) march, also known as "The Long Walk". The best part? You get to decide how to tackle this challenge. You can choose to go weighted or unweighted, and even split the distance into smaller activities throughout the week. It's all up to you! Get ready to push your limits and conquer "The Long Walk"!

Do I need to be mega fit?

No. Rokman challenge series offer a variety of different levels of entry to suit all fitness levels, from novice all the way up to advanced.

How does it work?

How long do we have to complete each challenge?

We recommend that you complete each challenge within 7-days from the date of issue. However, we understand that life can often get in the way, so that’s why accept submissions up until 7-days after the end of the series.

What is someone cheats?

We do our very best to weed out any cheating by asking people to evidence their challenge attempts. However, due to the nature of this being an online challenge series, it’s not 100% fool proof.We have to take everyone’s submissions at face-value. If we can confidently identify people either cheating or doing the challenge incorrectly, we will notify the competitor privately via email.At the end of the day, the leaderboard is just a bit of competitive fun. These challenges are personal tests of resilience. If people decide to cheat, they’re only cheating themselves. If you concentrate on yourself and give your best honest performance then you can hold your head high at the end of the day.

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, we unable to offer refunds on challenge series entry, however, we do offer transfers. If you’re unable to take part in this challenge series, let us know and we can transfer you on to an alternative series.

Can I use a treadmill?

All running challenges are designed to undertaken outside, however, if you are unable to go outside we will accept treadmill entries. If participating on a treadmill, the treadmill must be set at a 2.5 degree angle.
