Do I need to be mega fit?

No. Rokman challenge series offer a variety of different levels of entry to suit all fitness levels, from novice all the way up to advanced.

Can I fit the challenges around my existing training?

Absolutely. Each challenge has been designed that you can seamlessly fit them in and around your current training and your existing life commitments.

How are Rokman challenges different to other online challenges?

Rokman's superior platform allows us to go far beyond regular distance accumulator challenges. This means we're able to offer a much more varied challenges that score for time, distance, elevation, reps, rounds, beat previous, and more. Keeping you interested and excited week after week.

I'm busy. Will I have time to complete the challenges?

Yes! Each challenge has been designed that they won't take hours to complete. On longer challenges you have the option to split them into multiple, smaller activities across the week.

The challenges are given above. Why should I pay?

We charge a small, affordable fee to cover the cost of running the platform. But more importantly, paying creates buy-in. When it’s free, people flake—every time. Putting money down makes you more likely to show up, commit, and finish. Plus, your entry unlocks full access to the platform, the leaderboard, community support, and the chance to earn your Rokman Finisher’s Pip.

How does it work?

Get the brief sent your inbox at the start of each work. Attempt the challenge and evidence on your fitness tracker. Then upload your evidence to our online submission form. Simple.

Do I have to be on the leaderboards?

No, not at all. Leaderboards are opt-in, so if you'd rather tackle the challenges in private, you can.

How long do we have to complete each challenge?

We recommend that you complete each challenge within 7-days from the date of issue. However, we understand that life can often get in the way, so that’s why accept submissions up until 7-days after the end of the monthly series.

What is someone cheats?

We do our very best to weed out any cheating by asking people to evidence their challenge attempts. However, due to the nature of this being an online challenge series, it’s not 100% fool proof.We have to take everyone’s submissions at face-value. If we can confidently identify people either cheating or doing the challenge incorrectly, we will notify the competitor privately via email.At the end of the day, the leaderboard is just a bit of competitive fun. These challenges are personal tests of resilience. If people decide to cheat, they’re only cheating themselves. If you concentrate on yourself and give your best honest performance then you can hold your head high at the end of the day.

What if I don't enjoy it, can I get a refund?

Absolutely! If you try it and decide it's not for you, we offer a 30-day no questions asked money back guarantee.

Can I use a treadmill?

All running challenges are designed to undertaken outside, however, if you are unable to go outside we will accept treadmill entries. If participating on a treadmill, the treadmill must be set at a 2.5 degree angle.
