As a practising Sikh and student of Stoicism, Pavandeep delivers thought-provoking musings from his personal learnings and experiences to help us find meaning and purpose in a world where there is no given meaning or purpose. When he is not contemplating the fundamentals of life, Pavandeep is training to become a qualified eye surgeon. As an SIA-licensed Close Protection Operative, he provides the complete package of brains and brawn. In 2019, he featured as recruit 20 on Channel 4's SAS: Who Dares Wins.
